Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

The Sedona 360 brings water and fire together in the round. Water spills evenly over the full 360° rim while a single flame holds the center — a calm, sculptural presence finished in smooth GFRC concrete that reads the same from every angle. It settles into a space quietly and becomes the point everything else gathers around.

How does the 360° spill work?
Water rises to the rim and spills evenly around the full circumference, so the feature looks and sounds the same from every side while the flame stays at the center.

What does installation require?
The Sedona 360 needs a gas connection and a water supply to feed the spill. Professional installation by appropriately licensed trades is recommended so the gas and water hookups are set correctly.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 24 hours, yes — free, any reason, full refund. We hold every order a full 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer so this window is real. After that your configuration is locked into production and the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Please review size and finish carefully before purchasing.

How long until it arrives?
Production takes 2–4 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks of freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total from order to delivery.
