Cancellation Policy

Because nearly every piece is built to your specification after you order, the window to cancel is short. We want to be direct about it. Our governing terms are published as our checkout policy — where any difference exists, the linked policy controls.

Within 24 Hours — Free, No Questions

Cancel for any reason at no charge, for a full refund. No restocking fee, no explanation needed.

We hold every order for a full 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer, specifically so this window is real. If you have any doubt about your configuration, use it.

After 24 Hours

Your order has been released to the manufacturer and production has been scheduled. At that point the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

This is not a fee structure — there is no percentage you can pay to unwind it. Your piece is being built to a specification that cannot be resold.

How to Cancel

Email support@nuvo-living.com or call +1 (866) 688-0882 with your order number. Email creates a timestamp, which protects you — we recommend it even if you also call.

Stock Accessories

Accessories that are not built to order may be cancelled any time before they ship.

Refund Timing

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
