These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website located at nuvo-living.com and any related services, operated by Nuvo Living LLC, a California limited liability company. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

4.3 Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
- Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
4.4 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of a product, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
4.5 Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by Nuvo Living LLC are built to order by the manufacturer according to the configuration selected at checkout. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the order is released to the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for change of mind. See our Return and Refund Policy for full terms.
4.6 Installation
Many products require gas, electrical, or plumbing connections and professional installation. You are responsible for ensuring installation is performed by appropriately licensed professionals in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local codes. Nuvo Living LLC is not liable for property damage or personal injury resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of any product.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Policy
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for production times, freight delivery, and inspection requirements.
5.2 Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Freight damage claims require notation on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Ownership
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nuvo Living LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Product images and specifications originating from The Outdoor Plus and Videl Grills are used with authorization under our dealer agreements and remain the property of the respective manufacturer.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.3 Restrictions
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission, or to use meta tags or hidden text using our name or trademarks without our express written consent.
8. User Content
8.1 Submissions
If you submit or post any content ("User Content") to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
8.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy, or that infringes on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law, interfere with or disrupt the Services or connected networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or connected systems.

This disclaimer applies to the website and services. It does not affect manufacturer warranties on products, which are described on our Warranty page.

In no event shall Nuvo Living LLC, its members, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, any unauthorized access to our servers, or any interruption or cessation of transmission.
