Our governing return and refund terms are published as our checkout policy. This page summarizes them — where any difference exists, the linked policy controls.

Made-to-Order Pieces Are Final Sale

Every fire pit, fire bowl, fire table, water feature, torch, grill, and outdoor kitchen island is manufactured to the size, finish, fuel type, and ignition system you select. These configurations cannot be resold, and they are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind.

This does not limit your rights if something goes wrong on our end. If a piece arrives damaged, arrives defective, or is not what you ordered, that is our responsibility and we resolve it at no cost to you.

Cancelling an Order

Within 24 hours: cancel for any reason at no charge, for a full refund. No restocking fee, no explanation needed. We hold every order for a full 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer, specifically so this window is real.

After 24 hours: your order has been released to the manufacturer and production scheduled. It cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

Damage, Shortages, or Wrong Item

Inspect the crate before signing. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery outright.

Report concealed damage, shortages, or a wrong item within 2 business days of delivery with photographs and your order number. Freight carriers close damage claims on a strict business-day clock and will deny late claims — which is why this window matters more than it may seem.

Stock Accessories — 30 Day Returns

Items that are not made to order may be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging, with prior written authorization. 15% restocking fee, or 40% if no longer resaleable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
