Shipping Time and Delivery Expectations
Most Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, followed by curbside LTL freight delivery. Estimated timelines are noted on each product page, and a carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment.
Payment Options
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Return Policy
Most Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange. For any non-made-to-order stock items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization; a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies. Cancellation Policy
Because nearly every piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you have questions about an order you've just placed, contact us immediately at support@nuvo-living.com and we'll do what we can before production starts.
