Our Pricing Is Manufacturer-Set

Nuvō Living is an authorized dealer for The Outdoor Plus and Videl Grills. The prices you see on our product pages are the manufacturers' established prices — the same prices every authorized dealer is permitted to advertise.

We do not discount below manufacturer minimum advertised pricing, and we do not run promotional pricing on these products. That is not a limitation we work around. It is how these manufacturers protect the value of what they build, and it is part of what makes them worth representing.

What This Means When You Shop Around

If you compare our prices against other authorized dealers, you will generally find them identical. That is expected, and it means you can stop comparing on price and start comparing on the things that actually differ: product knowledge, freight handling, and who answers the phone when something goes wrong.

If you find one of these products meaningfully cheaper somewhere, it is worth asking why. In our experience there are usually only a few explanations:

• The seller is not authorized. Products bought through unauthorized channels frequently carry no manufacturer warranty. On a product that will be plumbed to a gas line and installed permanently, that matters a great deal.
• The unit is discontinued, refurbished, or open-box. Often sold without disclosure, and often without parts availability.
• The price excludes freight. These are crated LTL shipments. A lower item price with several hundred dollars of freight added at checkout is not a lower price.
• The configuration is different. Size, material, ignition system, and fuel type all change the price substantially. Two listings with the same product name are frequently not the same product.

What You Get Buying From an Authorized Dealer

Full manufacturer warranty. Coverage applies because the unit was purchased through an authorized channel. This is the single most common thing lost when buying from a grey-market seller.

A new unit, built to your specification. Every product is manufactured to order at the manufacturer's California facility and ships new in original packaging. Nothing we sell is refurbished, open-box, or third-party sourced.

Accurate specifications. Dimensions, BTU ratings, material specifications, and installation requirements come from manufacturer documentation — not from resold listing copy.

Support that continues after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, arrives defective, or is not what you ordered, we handle it. See our Return and Refund Policy and Warranty pages.

Trade and Project Pricing

We work with landscape architects, custom builders, designers, and hospitality projects. Trade pricing is available on qualifying projects in accordance with manufacturer dealer terms. Contact us to discuss your project.

Questions About Pricing

If you have found a listing you are unsure about, send it to us. We will tell you honestly whether the seller is authorized, whether the configuration matches, and whether the price is what it appears to be — even if the answer is that you should buy it there.
