Why We Carry What We Carry

Nuvō Living is an authorized dealer, not a marketplace. We do not list products we have not evaluated, and we do not add categories simply because they are available to sell.

Every product in our catalog comes from a manufacturer we hold a direct dealer relationship with — currently The Outdoor Plus and Videl Grills, both California manufacturers.

What That Means for You

Products are new and factory-built. Every unit is manufactured to order at the manufacturer's facility and ships new in original packaging. Nothing we sell is refurbished, open-box, or third-party sourced.

Manufacturer warranty applies. Because we are an authorized dealer, your product carries the full manufacturer warranty. Products bought through unauthorized channels frequently do not.

Specifications are the manufacturer's. Dimensions, BTU ratings, material specifications, and installation requirements on our product pages come from the manufacturer's documentation, not from marketing copy.

We hold manufacturer pricing. Where a manufacturer maintains minimum advertised pricing, we follow it. We do not discount below MAP, and a price that looks too good on these products usually means an unauthorized seller or a discontinued unit.

Materials We Work With

The products we carry are built from materials chosen to last outdoors:

• GFRC concrete — glass fiber reinforced concrete, dimensionally stable and freeze-thaw resistant when sealed and maintained
• Powder-coated steel — finished for outdoor exposure and UV stability
• Hammered copper — develops a living patina over time; the change in appearance is intended, not a defect
• Corten steel — forms a stable oxide layer as designed; the surface will change substantially in the first year
• Stainless steel — marine-grade where specified for coastal installations

We tell you how these materials behave before you buy, including the ones that change appearance over time. A patina that surprises you is a support call. A patina you chose is the reason you bought the piece.
