Our governing shipping terms are published as our checkout policy. This page summarizes them — where any difference exists, the linked policy controls.

Shipping Costs

Orders of $1,500 or more ship free to any address in the continental United States, including full freight delivery on our largest fire tables and water features. Orders under $1,500 ship for a flat $75. No additional handling charges.

We ship within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore addresses are quoted individually — contact us before ordering.

Timeline

• Production: 2–4 weeks for complete units; 1–3 weeks for individual components
• Transit: 1–2 weeks
• Total from order to delivery: approximately 3–6 weeks

Production begins once payment is received. Hand-hammered copper and custom color work take longer than standard finishes. Your order confirmation includes the production window for your specific piece.

How Your Order Arrives

Fire tables, bowls, torches, outdoor kitchen components, and water features ship crated by LTL freight carrier.

• The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Delivery is curbside, on a lift gate. Moving the piece into final position is not included, and white glove service is not available.
• Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign.
• Inspect before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. This single step protects your claim.

If Something Goes Wrong

Report damage, shortages, or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. These are resolved at no cost to you.
