Each piece is handcrafted to order. Allow 2–4 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks of curbside LTL freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total. A carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order. You can cancel free within 48 hours of placing your order — any reason, full refund, no fee. We hold every made-to-order piece a full 48 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer, so that window is real. After 48 hours the order is in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

Freight delivery & damage claims

Inspect your shipment before signing for delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or wrong item within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs, to support@nuvo-living.com. Freight carriers and our manufacturer close damage claims on a strict 48-hour clock, which is why this window matters.

Manufacturer warranty

Every piece carries the manufacturer's full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Freight damage is handled separately under the claim window above — if the carrier damages your order, resolving it is our responsibility, not yours.

Stock items

Non made-to-order items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A manufacturer restocking fee may apply — typically 15% of the item price, or 40% if the item can no longer be sold as new. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Round Atlas is an 89" self-contained fire-and-water fountain: a water sphere rising from a ring of fire, set on a powder-coated metal base. It brings the presence of a resort water feature to your own space. Handcrafted in the USA by The Outdoor Plus and made to order.

About the photos: the first photo shows the fountain exactly as it is delivered. The outdoor photos are design ideas showing the Atlas set inside a custom stacked-stone surround, which is built on site and is not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the stone surround in the photos included?
No. The fountain ships with its powder-coat metal base in the color you choose, as shown in the first photo. The stacked-stone surround in the outdoor photos is a design idea, built on site by your contractor.

What fuel does Round Atlas use?
Your choice of Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, with a 12V low voltage electronic ignition.

How is the water managed?
A 24-hour circulation pump and filter keep the water moving, and the autofill & drain make upkeep more straightforward.

What does installation require?
A gas connection, power for the pump and ignition, and a water source for the autofill. Because it combines gas, electrical and plumbing, have it installed by appropriately licensed trades.

Can I cancel or change my order?
