What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos to support@nuvo-living.com.

Stock Items

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

Paradise Fall with LED is a rainfall water feature and basin with a copper rainfall scupper, an integrated 110V 24-hour circulation pump, a screen filter, and autofill & drain, finished with an integrated LED lighting package that brings the water to life after dark. Each piece is individually handmade to order.
