Estimated shipping time

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Allow 2–4 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks of curbside LTL freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total. A carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order. You can cancel free within 48 hours of placing your order — any reason, full refund, no fee. We hold every made-to-order piece a full 48 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer, so that window is real. After 48 hours the order is in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

Freight delivery & damage claims

Inspect your shipment before signing for delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or wrong item within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs, to support@nuvo-living.com. Freight carriers and our manufacturer close damage claims on a strict 48-hour clock, which is why this window matters.

Manufacturer warranty

Every piece carries the manufacturer's full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Freight damage is handled separately under the claim window above — if the carrier damages your order, resolving it is our responsibility, not yours.

Stock items

Non made-to-order items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A manufacturer restocking fee may apply — typically 15% of the item price, or 40% if the item can no longer be sold as new. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Product Description

The woodgrain Alameda is cast concrete finished to read as timber — the grain, the tone, the depth of a reclaimed beam, in a material that does not check, warp, or need sealing. At 72 inches it seats six comfortably.

The base conceals a propane tank behind powder-coated access doors. Each top is hand-finished, so grain and tone vary piece to piece.

A protective cover extends the life of a GFRC top considerably — concrete is porous and holds moisture, and freeze-thaw cycles are the primary cause of surface damage in mountain and high-desert installations. A glass wind guard is worth specifying in any exposed setting. Both are available separately by request — contact us and we will confirm sizing and pricing for this table.

Made to order. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of placement. After 48 hours production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
