What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos to support@nuvo-living.com.

Stock Items

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

Product Description

Glass fiber reinforced concrete gives the Alameda the weight and presence of poured stone without the mass. At 60 inches it anchors a seating group and reads as architecture rather than furniture.

The base conceals a propane tank behind powder-coated access doors. Each top is hand-finished, so slight variation in tone and texture is inherent to the material.

Caring for a GFRC top

Concrete is porous and holds moisture, so a protective cover meaningfully extends the life of a GFRC top. A glass wind guard is worth considering in exposed or coastal settings, where wind will otherwise disturb the flame. Both are available separately by request — contact us and we will confirm sizing and pricing for this table.

Ordering

Made to order. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Freight damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
