Each piece is handcrafted to order. Allow 2–4 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks of curbside LTL freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total. A carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order. You can cancel free within 48 hours of placing your order — any reason, full refund, no fee. We hold every made-to-order piece a full 48 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer, so that window is real. After 48 hours the order is in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

Freight delivery & damage claims

Inspect your shipment before signing for delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or wrong item within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs, to support@nuvo-living.com. Freight carriers and our manufacturer close damage claims on a strict 48-hour clock, which is why this window matters.

Manufacturer warranty

Every piece carries the manufacturer's full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Freight damage is handled separately under the claim window above — if the carrier damages your order, resolving it is our responsibility, not yours.

Stock items

Non made-to-order items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A manufacturer restocking fee may apply — typically 15% of the item price, or 40% if the item can no longer be sold as new. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Product Description

The Olympian 60" is a round, self-contained fire-and-water fountain: a 30" copper Cazo bowl with a full 360° water spill around a center flame, set on a metal base finished in Cappuccino powder coat. Water recirculates within the fountain, so there is no separate water line or in-ground plumbing. Handcrafted in the USA by The Outdoor Plus and made to order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the stone surround in the photos included?
No. The fountain ships with its Cappuccino powder-coat metal base, as shown in the first photo. The stone surround in the outdoor photos is a design idea, built on site by your contractor.

Does it need to be plumbed to a water source?
No. It is self-contained — the water recirculates within the fountain, so it needs a level surface, a gas connection, and power for the pump and ignition.

How is this different from the Sedona 60" Self-Contained?
Both are 60" round self-contained fountains on a Cappuccino powder-coat metal base. The Olympian carries a 30" copper Cazo bowl; the Sedona carries a GFRC concrete Sedona bowl.

Will the copper change color?
Yes. Copper weathers naturally with exposure and moving water, developing a deeper, aged tone over time. That change is part of the material and is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 48 hours, yes — free, any reason, full refund. We hold every made-to-order piece a full 48 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer so this window is real. After that your gas type is locked into production and the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

How long until it arrives?
