Estimated shipping time

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Allow 2–4 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks of curbside LTL freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total. A carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order. You can cancel free within 48 hours of placing your order — any reason, full refund, no fee. We hold every made-to-order piece a full 48 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer, so that window is real. After 48 hours the order is in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

Freight delivery & damage claims

Inspect your shipment before signing for delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or wrong item within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs, to support@nuvo-living.com. Freight carriers and our manufacturer close damage claims on a strict 48-hour clock, which is why this window matters.

Manufacturer warranty

Every piece carries the manufacturer's full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Freight damage is handled separately under the claim window above — if the carrier damages your order, resolving it is our responsibility, not yours.

Stock items

Non made-to-order items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A manufacturer restocking fee may apply — typically 15% of the item price, or 40% if the item can no longer be sold as new. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Product Description

At 84 inches the Alameda becomes the centerpiece of a large seating arrangement — eight around it without crowding, and a burner long enough to read as a continuous line of flame rather than a contained fire.

The base conceals a propane tank behind powder-coated access doors, so there is no separate enclosure to place and nothing to design around. Top and base are finished in the same powder coat, giving the table a single continuous surface rather than a contrast of materials.

Handcrafted in the USA by The Outdoor Plus. Each table is built to order in the finish and ignition you select.

Configuration

Finish — ten powder coat colors, applied to both top and base
Ignition — five systems, from match lit through CSA-certified electronic
Fuel — natural gas or liquid propane, selected at checkout
Glass wind guard — optional, protects the flame in exposed settings

Choosing an ignition

Match Lit with Key Valve — the simplest and most reliable system. Lit by hand, controlled by a key valve. No power required.

Match Lit with Flame Sense (LC Certified) — adds a safety shutoff that closes the gas if the flame goes out.

Spark Ignition with Flame Sense — push-button lighting with automatic shutoff. No power required.

12V Low Voltage Electronic (CSA Certified) — push-button start on a low-voltage circuit with transformer. Requires power at the table.

110V Plug & Play Electronic (CSA Certified) — push-button start from a standard outlet. Requires a nearby receptacle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the table need a gas line?
Only if you select natural gas. The propane configuration runs from a standard tank concealed in the base, so no plumbing is required.

Which ignitions need electricity?
The 12V Low Voltage and 110V Plug & Play systems both require power at the table. Every other option operates without it.

Can the finish be matched to existing hardware?
Often, yes. The Outdoor Plus produces finishes beyond the ten listed here, and physical samples can be requested before ordering. Contact us with what you are matching.

How long does it take?
Lead times vary by configuration and season. We confirm the current estimate before the order is placed.
