What is your Return Policy?
Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

Access Door: All 24" Tall models include a side access door for internal service access. 18" Tall models do not include an access door.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the 24" tall version include hidden propane tank storage? Yes — the 24" tall Unity includes an access door for a hidden propane tank. The tank is not included.
What comes included with my order? Each Unity Fire Pit ships with the fire pit, your selected burner system, fire pan, and lava rock.
Can I cancel or change my order? Within 24 hours, yes — free, any reason, full refund. We hold every order a full 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer so this window is real. After that your size, finish, and ignition are locked into production and the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Call us before ordering if you have any doubt about your configuration.
How long until it arrives? The Unity is made to order. Production takes 2–4 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks of freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total from order to delivery. Ships via LTL Freight with curbside delivery to the contiguous USA.
