Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Made-to-Order Items
The majority of Nuvō Living pieces are handcrafted to order by our manufacturing partners. Once your order is placed, it enters production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.
Freight Delivery
Orders ship via curbside LTL freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing:
- If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging, refuse the delivery or write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If you don't have time to fully inspect the shipment, write "Subject to concealed damage" on the receipt before signing.
We are unable to process a damage claim without a written notation on the delivery receipt.
Damage & Missing Item Claims
Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of the damaged item and packaging (with the shipping label visible) to support@nuvo-living.com. Claims reported after this window, or without a delivery receipt notation, cannot be honored.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please report this to us within 2–7 days of the delivery-confirmed date. Claims made after this window cannot be guaranteed.
Returns (Stock Items Only)
Unused, uninstalled stock items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization from our team. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund; items showing wear or missing original packaging/accessories to the extent they can no longer be resold as new will incur a 40% restocking fee instead. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on your bank. Returns without authorization, or outside this window, are not eligible.

Your Own Freight Arrangements
If you arrange your own carrier or freight forwarding, Nuvō Living is not responsible for replacement or refund of any damaged or defective items, and cannot be referenced on any related shipping or export documentation.
Warranty
Product warranties vary by manufacturer and are honored according to that manufacturer's specific terms. Warranty details for each product are listed on its individual product page. We advocate on your behalf throughout any warranty claim; final determination and resolution timelines are at the manufacturer's sole discretion.
Liability
Nuvō Living is not liable for property damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.
