Shipping

• Free shipping on orders of $1,500 or more to the continental United States. Orders under $1,500 ship for a flat $75.
• Production: 2–4 weeks for complete units; 1–3 weeks for individual components.
• Transit: 1–2 weeks.
• Total time from order to delivery: approximately 3–6 weeks.
• Large pieces ship crated by LTL freight, curbside, with an appointment. Someone 18 or older must sign. White glove service is not available.

Cancellations & Returns

• Cancel free within 24 hours of ordering — any reason, full refund, no fee. We hold every order 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer so this window is real.
• After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Your piece is built to a specification that cannot be resold.
• Made-to-order pieces are final sale. No returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Stock accessories: 30 days, unused and in original packaging, with prior written authorization. 15% restocking fee (40% if no longer resaleable). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Damage, shortages, or wrong item: report within 2 business days of delivery. Resolved at no cost to you.
• Refunds: processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Every piece carries the manufacturer's warranty. Nuvō Living is an authorized dealer, not the manufacturer — we manage every claim on your behalf from start to finish.
