Will the Corten Steel finish change over time?
Yes. Corten develops a natural rust-toned patina that deepens with exposure, and it may bleed onto the surface beneath — a stone or concrete pad is recommended. This weathering is the material's defining characteristic and is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
