What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

Stock Items

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

The Maya Fire Bowl in GFRC is a hand-cast fire bowl that brings the warmth of a resort-style outdoor moment to your own space, wherever that is. Handcrafted in the USA by The Outdoor Plus.

GFRC is glass-fiber-reinforced concrete, hand-finished for a refined stone-like surface with the strength to live outdoors year-round. Each piece is individually handmade to order.
