What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos to support@nuvo-living.com.

Stock Items

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

The Cazo 60" Self-Contained Fire & Water Fountain pairs a hand-hammered copper bowl with a GFRC concrete tank base — a center flame meeting water in a single self-contained piece that brings a resort-grade fire-and-water moment to your own space, wherever that is. Handcrafted in the USA by The Outdoor Plus.

Fully self-contained, it recirculates its own water with no separate plumbing or in-ground installation required. Each piece is individually made to order.
