What is the difference between copper and patina copper?
Both are the same copper construction. Copper begins bright and weathers naturally over time, while patina copper is finished to present that aged, weathered character from the start. Either way the surface continues to develop with exposure, and that change is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Is it self-contained?
Yes — the water recirculates within the feature, so it does not need to be plumbed to a continuous water source. It does require a gas connection and power for the pump.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 24 hours, yes — free, any reason, full refund. We hold every order a full 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer so this window is real. After that your size and finish are locked into production and the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Please review size and finish carefully before purchasing.

How long until it arrives?
Production takes 2–4 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks of freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total from order to delivery.
