Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

Stock Items

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

The Pacific 72" BBQ Island gives you a full outdoor kitchen in one six-foot run — enough cooking surface and enough counter beside it that you are not choosing between the two. Supplied as a complete unit, the Pacific 72" removes the custom masonry step entirely — an outdoor kitchen this season instead of next, sized for homeowners who entertain regularly and want the scale without a construction timeline.

The extra foot goes into usable counter beside the cooking area, which is typically where the 60" runs tight once you are cooking for a group.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 24 hours, yes — free, any reason, full refund. We hold every order a full 24 hours before releasing it to the manufacturer so this window is real. After that your configuration is locked into production and the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

Production takes 2–4 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks of freight transit — approximately 3–6 weeks total from order to delivery.
