What is your Return Policy?

Most Nuvō Living pieces — including every Unity Fire Pit — are handcrafted to order. Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for refund or exchange.

Stock Items

For any non-made-to-order items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.

The Carmen Fire Pit in GFRC concrete is a large outdoor fire pit drawn in a single long line — a linear gas fire pit whose 72-inch table gathers a full party around one low band of flame. Handcrafted in the USA by The Outdoor Plus, this GFRC rectangular fire pit brings the unhurried evenings of Carmel-by-the-Sea to your own table, turning any outdoor dinner party — wherever you host it — into a luxury entertaining centerpiece.

Cast from glass-fiber-reinforced concrete and finished by hand in nine colors, the Carmen offers a choice of 16" or 24" height — the taller profile adding an access door that conceals a propane tank. Each piece is individually handmade to order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the 24" tall version store a propane tank?
Yes — the 24" tall Carmen includes a side access door sized to conceal a propane tank. The tank is not included. The 16" tall model does not include an access door.

What makes a linear fire pit ideal for entertaining?
Its long, narrow flame runs the length of the table, so guests seated along both sides share the same band of fire. The 72" Carmen is built to anchor a full gathering rather than a single cluster of chairs.
